Ethiopian Yirgacheffe is perhaps the best known of all Ethiopian coffees.
It has a dark, rich flavor and a taste that is unmistakably different from South or Central American coffees.
This particular coffee is also
fair trade and grown organically. So when you make a purchase, you are actively helping the small coffee farmers from this troubled region.
