Coffee makers are becoming more and more complicated. So it’s particularly refreshing to see this simple, beautiful Bodum Kona coffee maker.
Essentially it’s a manual drip brewer/infuser. You simply add coarse coffee grinds to the gold filter, place the filter in the glass carafe...and add hot water (not boiling, but almost).
The irony here is that the simplest coffee makers, like this one, often make
