It isn't often that a new single serve coffee maker hits the stores.

This is the first entry by Bosch in this market. Like the original Tassimo brewer, this new model will use T-Discs...not coffee pods or K-Cups. It's a proprietary system which can ONLY use T-Discs.

That said, you don't have to worry about variety. There are over 40 different coffees and other beverage selections available in the T-Disc format.

Is this Bosch machine any better than the original Tassimo brewer? Hard to say at this point, because it's only hitting the stores this month.

But Bosch has been promoting various advantages – like the height adjustable cup stand, a flow-through water heating system (almost no wait time) and an easy to use LCD interface.

It's also a very compact and decidedly smart looking brewer.
